Free Support

Primarily this support level is for:

a) new customers and users of any Rohos software during the evaluation period.
b) expired-license customers.

You are welcome to use the following options:

  • e-mail support
  • limited chat in Skype

For registered customers:

  • on-line documentation
  • chat via Skype during work hours.
  • e-mail support.
  • problem resolution for any issues
    via e-mail or chat during work hours.

Paid SLA support tickets

Affordable and effective choice for corporate customers:

  • Issues resolution for a unlimited number of issues with remote hands
  • E-mail, chat, phone or remote-hands assistance during extended work hours.
  • Includes SBOM data (software bill of materials or supply-chain information)
  • Ordered SLA-hours are valid for 6 months.

What is your policy of paying for upgrades?

If you purchase a license for Rohos Logon Key/Rohos Disk Encryption, you will get all minor upgrades for free (all 1.xx sub versions). Major upgrades (X.1,) will be available for a small fee.

Note: A minor upgrade is a program release that fixes bugs, improves performance, enhances usability or adds a new feature to an existing version. Version numbers look like v.2.0, v.2.1, v.2.2, etc.

What is your Licensing policy ?

The Rohos licensing is per host/computer, lifetime (perpetual), and the price is a one-time payment. You can use the product forever. Minor updates are free (5.* sub-versions) . Major updates are optional and cost 40% of the original license price. Support by email is always free. Paid SLA support tickets are optionally offered with dedicated support time, voice chat and remote hands.

You may download software at rohos.com/download and try all features, any supported 2FA method, for 15 days before the purchase.

Product Return Policy (refund)

You can return program for a full refund within 30 days after purchase. Contact payment processing service for a refund.

You may not return a product with the following condition:

  •  The license for installed product copy has been activated, and all features work as it is described in the manual.
  • Licensed product copy has been used more then 30 days.

If licensed copy of Rohos product doesn’t work after usage period of 30 days, or you encountered a problem you should contact us with a problem description and Rohos troubleshooting log files. Then you can ask for an update/fix or refund. Please do not uninstall the program before we identify the problem, otherwise no refund will be authorized.

Do you have volume discounts or a site licenses?

Volume discounts are stated on the billing page for every product. For example go to the Rohos Logon Key order page and click on the Select license drop-down list box.

For Educational organizations we offer 30-40% discount or a site license.

How to activate license off-line

Some Rohos licenses require online activation, and it is performed automatically. You can activate the license manually from any computer with Internet connection:

  1. Visit https://rohos.com/sa
  2. Enter you license key with “-hostname” at the end.
    for example:

    Click Activate
  3. On the web page copy 2 lines :
