Due to failure by Distributor to properly fulfilling obligations in accordance with Distributor Agreement signed in November 2008 between Tesline-Service and Eller Service S.C. , Tesline-Service announces unilateral termination of Distributor Agreement with Eller Service S.C., Poland.
